Bio
As an editor, I have almost two decades of experience. I've filled an entire magazine with content (multiple times!), starred in cooking videos, interviewed celebrities, and written thousands of digital stories and hundreds of print articles.
I've created captivating and original content for some of the web's leading brands, including Forbes Travel Guide, San Francisco Magazine, MyDomaine, and PopSugar. I dined at chef Francis Mallman's house in Uruguay, attended the opening of the Waldorf Astoria in Bangkok, and sat front row at Russian fashion week in Moscow. Then, I filed stories about these unbelievable adventures.
As a copywriter, I’ve created informative and concise text for countless websites, including Canopy and the Coombsville Vintners and Growers. In 2015, while working for Jennifer Siebel Newsom, I created the hashtag #Askhermore. The initiative promoted by Newsom’s company, The Representation Project, encourages reporters to ask females more than just what they wear on the red carpet.
I've also thrown parties all over the globe, from a Halloween bash in the foothills of Bolivia to a multi-day 40th birthday celebration for California's first partner, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, beachside in the Bahamas. As a personal chef, I've cooked for Bay Area luminaries like Marissa Mayer, Hilary Callan, Lori Puccinelli Stern, and governor Gavin Newsom.
I attended UC Berkeley, where I was a member of the Cal Dance Team. I continue to be a huge supporter of the Golden Bears. After college, I lived in Southern Spain for two years. I worked as a bartender in an Irish pub and became fluent in Spanish. In my free time, I practice my new favorite hobby, golf.
